Sanjana (Sonam Kapoor) is married to Raj (Bobby Deol). When Sanjana starts to get suspicious of Raj having an affair, she goes to her friend Maya (Celina Jaitley) for help. Maya takes her to Kishan (Akshay Kumar), a private detective who helped her catch her husband Yogi (Suniel Shetty). Kishan shows Sanjana Raj's phone records to show her all the girls he talks to, but she doesn't believe him and walks out. Kishan and Maya decide to have Sanjana catch Raj red-handed. Kishan invites all of Raj's girlfriends to the same party. Raj sees them and asks his friends Yogi, and Vikram (Irrfan Khan) to help. They try to keep the girls away, but as one tries to kill herself, Raj goes to talk to her. Here, Sanjana finds Raj with her about to kiss her. She demands an explanation and Raj explains that she's drunk and was about to faint so he was just giving her some oxygen. The girl starting saying "kiss me darling". Sanjana gets mad and is about to walk away when Raj says that she's really saying 'Kiss-na' because that's her boyfriends name. In an affort to save Raj, Vikram shows up and starts explaining that he is her 'Kiss-na'. He goes on and on about how he really loves her and that he wanted to marry her but shouldn't. Kishan seeing that his plan was about to be runied brings Vikram's wife, Shivani (Rimi Sen). Once Vikram sees her, he says he was lying in order to save a friend. He signals Yogi over and tries to pass him off as 'Kiss-na'. Yogi refuses saying that he's already had many affairs and that his wife Maya will only forgive him so many times. Yogi tells them that's this is his 11th affair. Sanjana and Shivani get mad and walk away with their husbands leaving Yogi with the girl. Yogi sees that no one's around and kisses her because she keeps saying 'kiss- na' thinking its still Raj.
Vikram and Raj figure out that someone must be helping Sanjana spy on Raj because he finds his phone bill in her purse. They ask for help from K.D., a Canadian Security Intelligence Service officer that rents their yachts. He refuses saying that the job is beneath him. He tells them hire a private detective. Vikram and Raj go to Kishan for help not knowing that he's the guy helping Sanjana. Kishan agrees to help. Yogi goes to talk to Sanjana begging her not to tell his wife. She asks why he doesn't stop and change his ways. He says that if she heard his story, it would bring tears to her eyes. As Yogi is telling Sanjana his story, Kishan films them but changes what Yogi is saying to make it seem like he's the one who's been telling Sanjana about Raj's affairs. Kishan shows the tape to Vikram and Raj. They get really mad and break the camera. Yogi calls them and Vikram tells Raj to play it cool. Raj answers the call and asks where Yogi is. Yogi explains that he's going to a hotel to meet Sweety, his Swiss girlfriend because she's getting married next month and probably won't be able to see each other again. Yogi asks them to cover for him in case his wife calls. They tell him they'll cover for him but as soon as they hang up, they call Maya.
Maya goes to the hotel and catches him. She takes his clothes and leaves, leaving him with just the bathrobe from the hotel. As she's leaving Yogi sees Vikram and Raj in the lobby. He tells them that's he's been ruined and they tell him that they're the ones who told Maya. Yogi doesn't understand why and Vikram and Raj show him the film Kishan gave them. He tries to explain that even though its his voice and he did talk to Sanjana, he didn't say all those things. Vikram and Raj don't believe him and leave saying that their friendship is over. As they're leaving, Yogi hits Vikram and Raj's car which hits another that turns out to be King's, a gangster, car. King tells his people to find out who's car it is. Vikram gets worried but Raj says its okay because even though its their car, it's registered in Yogi's name. Kishan suggests that they go play golf. Raj says that Kishan and Vikram can go but he's going to go play a different game. Raj goes to one of his girlfriend's place and as he's singing her the song he sings every woman, her husband shows up. She explains that last week he caught her with another guy and shot him. She tells Raj to hide on the balcony.
As he's trying to hide, people on the ground see him on the balcony thinking he's trying to jump and kill himself. Kishan then calls the husband and we come to know that he hired them to pretend to be husband and wife. Kishan has called the police and media saying that a guy is trying to commit suicide. The media starts reporting the news and soon its on all the channels. Yogi sees and becomes happy
