Sri Ramachandra University was established in 1985 as Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute (SRMC & RI). The Institutes awarded deemed-to-be- university status under UGC act of 1956 & accredited by NAAC with "A" grade. It offers various bachelor, master & doctorate degree courses in Medical & Dentistry. Sri Ramachandra University consists of Sri Ramachandra Medical College & RI and 7 other Faculty with over 60 Departments offers about 100 Courses. More than 4,300 students call this campus their home.
